 I have unzipped downloaded zip file, but there is no instructions, only some rar files.
Solution After unzipping downloaded zip files, put all rar files in same directory and start extracting from ...part1.rar file:
For Windows - use trial version of WinRar
http://rarlabs.com/download.htm

For MacOS - use UnrarX:
http://www.unrarx.com/
